Česká pošta - registered mail

Goods will be delivered within 2 working days

If you order your goods through Czech post as a registered mail, you can pay on reciept (so called COD-Cash on delivery) or up front via bank transfer. 
When your goods arrive, please inspect the carton for any damage, especially the tape with which the package is secured. You should check whether our tape has been violated or somehow corrected with another label, white tape or transparent tape. If the package has defects, open it only in the presence of the post courier. If you are in doubt, refuse to accept the package and contact us immediately in order to arrange the next step.

If you accept the package and find damages or any loss later on, you CANNOT apply any complaints proceedings between you and the shipping company. Further complaints cannot be accepted.
If you accept the shipment and after opening it you find damaged content, contact the customer service of the Czech Post on 840 111 244 . Shipping Damage Claim must be made within 3 days.

If you won't be available to sign for a delivery, the package will be stored in the post indicated to your region and you will recieve information about it in your mail., as well as  by SMS and email.
The package will be stored in the post office up to six days.

Payments

(COD) Cash on delivery

The most used method of payment. You pay directly to a courier(postman) when the package arrives, or at the post office.

Bank transfer

After receiving your order we will send you the account number and variable symbol. You will pay in advance to our bank account in Fio bank. You will be given information about the dispatched package after we recieve your payment. It is important to insert the correct variable symbol in order for it to be assigned to your order.
